We process personal data under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP); for visitors from the EU/EEA, the GDPR applies additionally where relevant. We only process data needed for the stated purposes and never sell personal data.

3. Data we process

Contact and business data you send us by e-mail or form (to handle your inquiry and for contract initiation and performance); server log data collected automatically when you visit this site (IP address, date/time, page, browser/device) for provision, security and troubleshooting, deleted after a short period.

5. Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies — at most technically necessary ones; therefore no cookie banner. Your language choice (German/English) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us.

6. Analytics

We do not use analytics.

7. Fonts

Fonts are self-hosted on our server; no data is transmitted to third parties.

8. Disclosure

Only where necessary for contract performance (e.g. hosting), where legally required, or with your consent; transfers to countries without adequate protection are covered by appropriate safeguards.

9. Retention

Only as long as necessary or legally required (business correspondence and accounting records: 10 years under the Swiss Code of Obligations).
